People often ask me to share my go-to recipes, and this is one of them.

Flank steak

Good quality flank steak (I love the Costco cut)

Rub ingredients:

low sodium soy sauce

ground ginger

garlic powder

yellow mustard

coarse ground Dijon mustard

1/2 chicken broth

Rub steak with "rub ingredients and marinate for 2-3 hours in a covered container while refrigerated. Pour chicken broth into base on baking pan and bake flank steak in 385 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting so that the juices are contained.
