Fritatta For The Kids Made By The Kids!

Make a quick lunch bacon, cheese, onion, spinach, tomato frittata with your kids! They can scramble the eggs and chop the veggies!


Sauté bacon in cast-iron skillet, remove bacon and sauté onion and tomatoes in bacon fat. In bowl, whisk eggs, salt, and pepper. Add spinach and bacon to skillet, then our eggs and top cheese. Cook on stove top on medium for five minutes, then transfer to 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
