Salmon Cakes - Easy Kids' Recipe

3 cans wild Alaskan salmon

2 eggs

1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs

Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients and have kids make patties.

Cook on a grill or in a frying pan with a splash of avocado oil for about 3 minutes, or until golden, being careful not to overcook the cakes.
